A Custom Fit Construction

"We regret this circumstance truly. However, at that time the weather did not permit us to stain. Staining in the rain is not a good idea. It is also our policy not to collect for a job till we will start the job and why we did not collect for the stain project. We advised that we would contact once weather was appropriate and our schedule would allow us to come back out perform the staining. But when the weather did get better and we called back we got no call back ourselves and was under the impression that other arrangements were made or not elected to do. We should have been more persistent in our follow up and we regret that we disappoint"
