The owner called almost immediately after I posted on HomeAdvisor. We scheduled an appointment for later in the morning; he called to say someone could come over sooner. The employees assessed the problem, explained it clearly, provided an estimate. We scheduled a time and day to repair the a/c. Everything went well. If anything comes up to the contrary later, I'll return to this venue. Otherwise, no news is good news.
