My refrigerator was not defrosting. Dennis knew exactly what the problem was when I spoke to him on the phone and arrived right on schedule with the correct part. He worked quickly and charged a reasonable price. I was going to replace the refrigerator, but now I probably will get another 14 years out of it.

Dennis did it again. Thought the motherboard of the fridge was entirely fried but lo! He checked around with his mighty ohm meter and it was just one measly fuse. He gave us the number of the part we needed and numbered the connections for us. We ordered the part and hubby just installed it now - we're back in business! On his advice we're salvaging the other part once we buy a cold heat solder tool and find the correct fuse. Great money-saving tips. Thanks, Dennis! We are definitely recommending him to everyone we know who has appliances. Yup - laminating that card...

Had a dryer that wouldn't heat. He arrived within 90 minutes of getting my call. Had parts in his truck. Ran a complete diagnostic and we were up an running in like an hour. A very reasonable trip fee. Very professional and personable. Hope I never need his services again, but it's almost a given - so his card is in my rolodex. I may laminate it.

The disposal I bought was not the same phycical size as the one being replaced so it took a bit longer than anticipated but Dennis stuck with till it was done correctly. THX!

Dennis and his team did an exceptional job meeting my need. Following back surgery I was unable to find someone who would install washer/dryer pedestals without charging me for a full W/D installing. Within minutes of putting a bid on home Advisor Christine called to schedule the appointment. Dennis bent over backwards to find the necessary parts. Once he received them the appointment was scheduled and Dennis and Tom were quick and efficient in installing the pedestals. The A&G team is excellent and I highly recommend them!

Dennis was late for the appointment and didn't have the right part the first visit, but when he did come the second time, the work was done quickly and correctly. I would try him again.

Dennis was extremely accommodating, helpful, and knowledgable about the installation of my appliance. When he ran into an issue with a gas pipe necessary to run the stovetop he was installing, he quickly came up with a solution and even went to Home Depot to get the right parts. I HIGHLY recommend A&G, Dennis won't let you down!

It would be more direct, honest, appropriate to specify OVER THE PHONE thst $75./hr means that even if the repair only takes 30 seconds that customer is expected to pay the full HOURLY fee; and that therefore service presumes a 1-hour minimum, instead of simply stating "$75/hr" and leaving it up to the client's IMAGINATION that if a fraction of the hour is all that's needed to repair, they will still have to pay the full fee!!! I feel this is a deceptive practice, easily remediable by clarifying the 1-hr minimum.
