+:Prompt response. Repair work was done to my satisfaction. -: Initially charged me more than we agreed to but when I made an issue out of it they corrected it. Tried hard to sell me more than I think I needed ( later confirmed by another vendor)

My experience was excellent from beginning to end. I received several quotes to install two hurricane resistant garage doors (all of which were close in $ amount). However, I was most impressed with Amy Starkey as she responded to my inquiry and then kept in touch with me until I made my decision. Then I was further impressed with the way Jake Starkey performed the installation. All in all, I am very pleased with A & J�s overhead Doors Inc. and would highly recommend them.

I have a 15 year old door that had a broken spring, broken drum and frayed cables. Your service representitive arrived promply as scheduled, completed all work and serviced the entire garage door in an exremely professional manner. We were very pleased with the service we received. They were professional and came during the time period stated.

The service was quick. Then technician was competent and informative. The only thing I don't like about this company is they did not ask good questions to find out what repairs needed to be done when you first talk to them on the phone. They gave an estimate that seemed like a good price, then when they showed up, they found that there were other repairs and their costs come out a little on the expensive side. I hope they will quote a number of repairs and possible repairs to their future customers and will ask many questions to see what possible repairs are to be done before quoting a price.
