My name is Matt Adams and I have independently owned and operated A & M Outfitters since 2002 with over 10 year's experience in professional general contracting. Deck or Porch - Repair
Ensured me the work was one week, wanted 3/4 of $9789.00 down for a deck that was meant to be rebuilt. I gave him $4000. He tore the whole thing down. He wanted to lay concrete on floor of the deck, 10 feet above the ground. I have a house at the coast and I told him I was not happy with this idea. He left the project. He didn't get a permit for the work, charged me for tools he bought for himself, and materials he returned. He left the job with an unfinished deck that is posts, joists and a plywood floor, no flashing next to house, he filled post holes halfway with concrete the rest with earth. House is flooding with no gutters.
