Installed heater at a resonalable price, Job is not complete yet A/C NOT CONNECTED YET will finish in late spring Afew thyings I didnt like about the contractor.1),didnt do a very good job in cleanup,2)left debris on top of roof 3)soot in my carpet and 4)didn;t bring enough putty product to fill in around pipe holes,5)I called requested a detailed bill and didnt get it

"Have tried to send detailed bill three times. Bill keeps being returned for wrong address. A/C is connected had to wait for warm weather to properly check freon levels. The pipe that is through the roof the hole was cut by the homeowner. The soot I can't say much for, we had drop cloths down but the old heater was never properly cleaned with a soot vac so when we removed the smoke pipe we got a soot bath."

I would like to note, even though there work is good. I thought 20 min of work was hard to pay 195.00?

"I tried to explain to the homeowner that the charge is flat rate, over the phone. This was after he already talked to a different company while I was one my way to see him. If there was a problem with the charge he should'nt have told me to come out. But I thank him for his business."

Very polite, professional, called the night before to confirm and called when enroute. Did not go with other two firms because one quote was twice as high as the other two (Service First H/C), and the firm I was going to go with (Service Today) said he would call me back later in the day to set up the appointment, and then never called.

A&N was excellent to deal with. They called me within 15 minutes of my request and had a quote to me within 30 minutes.The price was better then I expected and the service was scheduled at my convenience. He arrived on time, quickly completed the work, and did a great job. I recommend A&N and I will go back to them for any future work.

Very Quick... nice guy.... other guys recommended by SM wanted to charge as much as $200 to come out and simply look at my AC problem. Would absolutly recommend to anyone. Very quick and friendly.

George was excellent, he has called on at short notice on a sturday night and was over within a half-hour. Also he was very professional in finding out the problem with the AC unit!!!!!!!!!!!
