A Plus did an excellent job with our replacement windows. From the sales process through installation, they were courteous and prompt. After we placed our order we were told to expect a call in a few days to schedule installation. We received the call, installation was scheduled, it occurred on the scheduled date, and took 2 days, just as promised. The quality of the installation was excellent, and the work areas were well cleaned afterwords. The Simonton windows they sold us are high quality, and we noticed an immediate difference in the amount of insulation they provide. I highly recommend A Plus for window replacement.

They are VERY professional and great to work with, from start to finish. Joe (sales manager) is very thorough and knowledgeable. He follows up on everything right away, i.e. very responsive. Warren (installer) was on time and efficient; they made sure to clean up everything before leaving for the day. I am very pleased with my new windows and would highly recommend them.
