DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT HIRING THIS COMPANY - ESPECIALLY IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR FAMILY?S PERSONAL WELL BEING. My son was rushed to the hospital last night because the glass to his shower door that A&S installed SHATTERED all over the place while he was in the shower. Blood, glass lodged in his arms, and a shaken child (with shaken siblings who were scared for their brother?s life) ensued.
This was AFTER we?ve had multiple issues with this shower door, which we reported to them - and were not taken care of in any remote timely manner. When we called ANDY the owner (which only took 8-10 calls of no answer and the decline button being pressed), the man acted like he COULD NOT CARE LESS. ?We?ll see if we can get ya in Friday?, he says.
Meanwhile, his company?s poor installation of glass in our bathrooms (all of them, including our master bath since it was put in) caused my 8 year old to have 20 stitches and bruises all over his body. Not one person at A&S shower my family any compassion
