Ray did a fantastic job on an inspection for a home we are planning to purchase. He was very thorough and spent over 3 hours checking all aspects of the home including a termite inspection for a very reasonable price. His report was emailed to us, our attorney, and all the realtors ONE day after the inspection. It included all details (both verbal and pictures) explaining all his findings and as well as recommendations for any issues that he found. I found Ray to be very personable and it was a pleasure dealing with him. Overall, I am extremely pleased with the work Ray did and the results he provided.
