they were on time and prepared to work. they prepared the space and cut the new opening form a 27" drop-in range to a 30" slide-in. then installed a new elecrical outlet in the wall and attached a new cord to the appliance. they insatlled the new range and removed the old one, and cleaned the kitchen work area of sawdust before leaving. they were outstanding professionals.

The techs arrived on time, and they were competent, ultra-courteous, and they stuck with the job until everything was done correctly and reliably. They did very well on a tricky installation and executed the entire job without once forgetting to be thorough & professional. Price was fair, and I'd recommend these fellows to family & friends. He installed a stove exhaust fan unit that I had purchased from Home Depot. My son and I had tried to install it ourselves, but it was too heavy and awkward working in such a small space (between countertops) with a gas stove in the way (the gas hose only allowed it to move so far). The installer was also hampered by the small working space but he got the job done with no problems.

35 dollars for an estimate! The list of things they didn't do was nearly as long as the things they did do. Showed up at the last possible minute, but work was done quickly and professionally.

Installed new glass cook-top and range hood. Job completed perfectly and on time, absolutely no problems.

Excellent and professional job. I had a drop in electric stove removed and replaced with slide in gas stove. The installers knew what they were doing and you would not even know. Very happy. They even explained how to work the new stove!

Dan did get to our house near the end of the two hour time period given but he was friendly and got our pieced and broken dishwasher that was put in before we bought our house. It had been installed before the kitchen floor was put down so we were extremely happy that he was able to get the old one and the one in and in less than an hour. Plus he cleaned up so it was like the old dishwasher was never even there. Great job!

Had them install a gas line to a new gas range. They were very high quality and courteous people. The inspector approved their work as well. Would use them again on any plumbing related issues.

Clothes dryer vent was replaced satisfactory and in a timely matter.

Sears dropped off my new dryer which required a new outlet to accommodate it. I sent an e-mail with a job request that evening and received a call the next morning. A-1 was there within the hour and had evrythng up a running a short time later. Top notch service.

Excellent work on a difficult project to replace an electric drop-in range with a gas slip in range. Very tight spaces in an older home made the work more difficult. All in all excellent job and very easy to communucate with and work with

Not only were they on time, they actually showed up earlier, which really helped me get to work on time! The guys were professional, quick and really knew what they were doing-I wouldn't hesitate to use their service again.

There was a scheduling error that had him set up for Sunday rather than Monday. To rectify it, he came out after-hours on Monday and completed the work while only charging regular-hour rates. He initiated all of these actions without me having to ask. That's customer service !

They came and installed a gas cooktop (just did the gas hook-up; I had done the cut-out in the counter etc.). They hooked it up but didn't check for leaks -- I had to specifically request that they do that. They didn't have any equipment ("it's in the other van..."), so did the dish-soap method. The reason I hired a pro for this job was to have the gas connection done with no question as to leaks -- as it turns out, all they did was stuff I very well could've done myself.
