This company is great! They came soon after I called and came back two days later to install a new heating and air unit. They beat another local company s price by about $2000.00! The men were very pleasant and respectful. They also cleaned up everything which was appreciated. I have and will recommend A-1 to everyone I know! Thank God for a good honest company!!

We called and set up an appointment convenient to our schedule. They called that morning to confirm the appointment and verify directions. The technician was professional, courteous, and performed the services with no delays. He specifically asked what the problem was and what my expectations were. The were no suprises nor addons to the project. The repairs were completed without difficulty and hopefully will provide reliable operation.

Although there was a design flaw with the Amana unit we selected, Tony and his crew followed up with the company, added the necessary circuit board and the unit is working perfectly now. We have only had the heat pump installed for 3 weeks. We look forward to maintaining our relationship with Tony and his crew from A-1 Sevier Heating and Air.

Tony was very fair with his estimate and price. He was the first to call me, and he would have been able to do the job on the same day if I were able to coordinate it with the tenant. I will use Tony again for any heating/cooling problems. Thanks Tony!
