AA Pro Inc is a locally owned full service plumbing, heating, and air conditioning service company. Since 1990 we have been serving residents in Middlesex, Somerset, Hunterdon, and Union counties. We believe in employing only the most fully trained plumbing, heating, and A/C technicians so our clients receive the highest possible level of service. We stand by this ideal so much that we offer and live by the following credo: If you are not 100% satisfied with the service we have provided, we will refund all your money. If our technichians smoke or swear in your home; and are not drug free; do not wear shoe covers or leave your home without cleaning up, you do not pay for the service. If a repair fails in the first year, we will repair it again absolutly free.

The Plumbing technician arrived on time, and was very professional. He explained that I had several options for how to repair the problem we were having (a leaking valve/hose bib), and answered all of my questions. Pricing was based on a pre-set price list, and he beat our other estimates.

The technicians were very professional and knowledgable. However, they missed their first appointment -- I was notified an hour after the appointment time that the technician was not going to make it. Also, the fixture they installed dripped, which they needed to return to stop the drip (which was minor -- a thumbscrew that needed to be tightened.) That said, their customer service followed up multiple times, to ensure I was satisfied with the repair.
