They missed a Sat. appointment without calling. I called after the time window they gave me passed by and was told they were running late and wouldn't be able to make it. Running late happens but I do expect a call. They rescheduled to Monday at which point 2 guys came with only a pick-up truck which was too small to take away everything I needed removed. They said they thought I just had a big TV. I had been clear in my Servicemagic request and phone call with them down to the cubic footage of stuff I needed removed. Positives are that the 2 guys who came did a good job taking the TV and what they could fit in the truck.

"The customer above requested a large tv to be removed. We called on Saturday before we went to the customers house and there was no answer. He called back and we rescheduled for monday. Our trucks are the biggest in the business. We do not use pickup trucks."
