AAA Irrigation Service

Performed repair of leaking sprinkler valve as requested. Did not find and fix other leaks as per on site request. Performance on primary job was good and price was right.

they fixed the problem

Came same day and repaired system to my satisfaction. Price was fairly reasonable.

While I think the quality of the work itself was very good I felt they dropped the ball in the communication area. They were running very late and kept us waiting for an hour and a half without any phone calls. Husband took off early and the appointment was at 4:30 but they did not get here until 7:00. Seemed disorganized.

They called within 60 seconds of submitting the request and offered to be there within the hour! They came out, diagnosed the problem (broken valve), and fixed it. They were also able to replace our water sprinkler panel on the spot, and took the time to check the whole system---also checked each of the sprinkler heads and replaced worn parts as needed. Great job!

.

They were late for the initial appointment, but showed up on time for subsequent appointments. They were professionals and quality of work was excellent with attention to detail. They cleaned up did not leave my yard messy.

The representative was honest and did a good job of identifying the problems with the system. I spent a little more than expected but overall I was happy. I feel charging $22.00 to replace a sprinkler head is a little steep when I could go to Home Depot and get one for $6.00 or $7.00.

They came out bid, and did the job in 2 days. In the rain. Good Job

An enjoyable experience. Two very capable and personable people diagnosed our problem and fixed it in a short amount of time.

The technician knew how to find and repair the problems we had. However some of the products used did not match our other sprinkler heads; had problems finding the parts in his truck due to disorganization.

Good pricing, timely and courteous

Good work but a little pricy.

Contacted me very promtply and set an appointment. Very professional and polite. Were slightyly late to scheduled appointment, but called to inform me. Cost seems to be a bit high. Work outlined by one person and performed by another. System final check would have been skipped if I had not asked to see each zone performance. Several heads had to be adjusted and one clogged.

John did a good job repairing the sprinkler system at a reasonable price.

The service was prompt (next day) and professtional. I thought there was one problem with a cracked pipe and there turned out to be three. The technician really knew what he was doing and fixed everything better than the original state it was in. I will use AAA for all my sprinkler repair needs from now into the future.

John was great. He was prompt and did the work quickly and affordably.

They were prompt & professional when they called. They even worked out a payment plan with me.

Very pleased with the prompt service and reasonable price. The guy knows what he is doing! Would defintely recommend

I was very impressed with the timely response and minimum time it took to complete the job.

They did very good work, in a short amount of time. They had 90f the repairs and enhancements that I wanted, done in one hour. It looks very nice. It took a few days to get a written receipt for my records.

Great communication. First to respond. Out the nxt day and repairs were very economical. Will call again if needed.

Job was completed in a satisfactory manner. Only complaint is that there is now a small cater where the work was completed. I will need to purchase more dirt to bring back level. This may not be their fault and just the nature of the beast.

They were very quick!

The technician-John from AAA IRRIGATION SERVICE did a superb work for fixing all the problems with our sprinkler system. Thank you for your service. Regards,
