Mr. Link was very quick to call and talk to me about what my issues might be. The contrator sent out gave me choices in my replacements and explained the issues to me. They charge by the hour (typical of a plumber) but made the most of every hour. Cleaned up after themselves and were very courteous to me and my children.

I telephoned John Link with Aable Plumbing on a Sunday morning (my water heater had exployed and it was located in my attic). I had just lost my father a week prior to this so needless to say I was beside myself when I woke up to water pouring out of my son's bedroom ceiling! John was at my condo within the hour, shut my water heater off but arranged it so that I still had cold water. He had his team at my home at 7:30 the next morning and by 9:30 I had a working water heater (less than 24 hrs.). Thank You John for everything! Kimberly Cole-League

Aable Plumbing was very professional and overall it was a good experience dealing with them. The only knock on them was the price. I think it should have been a little cheaper because the job took less then an hour to complete. However, I understand they need to make a living so its cool. I would use them again but hopefully I won't have too.
