Very fast response. They showed up the same day. Everything works better than buying a new fridge. I couldn't have done it myself without breaking the fridge.

He was very pleasant on the telephone and came around when he said he would arrive. He left and never came back. He didn't call me to tell me he would not return. He had another repairman come and see if he could fix the problem. He did after almost 7 hours. He replaced the heating element and computer chip and said he wanted to have us run it since he had been there for such a long time and he would check back to see if it was cleaning dishes now. When he checked back, I told him I thought it was working but it was loose and would he check it for looseness when he came back for his check. He picked up his check and said he had checked the looseness and it was fine. The next day, we pulled the tray out with all the dishes and it practically fell out on the floor. I called him back and he came to tighten it. He was there for almost an hour tightening it. I think the time it took was unsatisfactory.
