They were quick respond, and get a tecnician out here. They were here within 3.5 hours of the time I contacted Home Advisor. I was very happy with the work, along with the description of the work that needed to be done and the cost. He was quick and careful. Did a great job.

I hired this company because of Randy 's customer service over the phone. First impression is very important to me, if you are friendly over the phone normaly you enjoy your work. A part had to be order to fix the unit. The company was kind enough to give us a portable air condition to hold us til the part came in. They are Top Notch! Go Eric! Customer service 6 star.

Technician showed up a little late, but was nice enough to call and advise me he was running late. When he arrived he was friendly and personable. He got right to work and soon advised me that the repair would be less then I thought. I thought my fan motor went out. He advised me that the capacitor went out and the motor was fine. He was fast and efficient and polite. I would gladly recommend them to anybody with an A/C problem.

Above and beyond with their customer service. They worked the holiday weekend to get the a/c installed. Randy is a professional in every way. I would hire them again. Thank you.

Sales representative and owner were very responsive to my concerns after the initial installation of two new units. The problems were with the installation technician who was very sloppy with his workmanship, violating several electrical and gas connection code requirements. Instead of installing a new conduit, one of the conduits for the electrical wires was pulled from the wall because it was too short for the new installation. Another problem was a gas leak which was not detected because no leak tests were performed. Both problems were corrected after my inspection complaints.

Ability came out and installed a new compressor unit the same day for almost $1,000 less then another company who said it would take them 3 days to get and install a new unit. ABILITY did as promised. They showed up when they said they would, and did what the said they would do. The best experience ever for an A/C company.
