Eric, the project lead, wrote a quote which was very detailed, so there were no questions at the end of the project as to what was included. There was a little scope growth, but on our old home (1855), I know that is bound to happen. We worked through the issues and arrived at mutually acceptable solutions. He took the time to properly handle every item of the project end "punch list". The end result was excellent. I would recommend them to others.

They were quick to call and schedule a quote, but were sloppy in keeping me updated on when they were coming out on site to actually conduct the work. I then had to chase for an invoice and I have received no further contact despite a request regarding in which format they would like to be paid!!!
