We had the roof replaced and gutters added. they were on time and put the new roof on in a day. after they had gone i was in the attic and noticed that the nails they used were so long that they were all protruding thru the roof and into the attic.throughout the entire attic. it looks like a bed of nails sticking out up there and you have to be careful not to get stabbed in the head everywhere you go in the attic. They used staples and not screws to put up the guttering and it fell off after the first heavy wind and tore up. they never returned the calls to come back and fix it. The covering eave under the roof that sticks out over the windows fell out and was really thin plywood that warped and i had to replace myself since they would not return our calls.
