Clayton with Cleaning Etiquette is thorough, honest and fair. (We had another estimate given by another company that said the project would require a lot more than it actually needed). Clayton is also all about the customer. Our furnace was turned off during the mold removal and when I texted Clayton late at night to question why we didn't have heat? He was very willing to come over even at that late hour to turn it on. Turns out we found the switch ourselves and got heat, but the fact that he was so willing to meet our need, was impressive and very appreciated.

Paul & Steve went out of their way to make sure we were happy with the work that was done according to our contract. They even went out of their way to make sure we were happy with some items that were not listed in the contract. I recommended Absolute Clean to a neighbor that was looking at our basement. The two men who showed up at my house were not in a company labeled truck. Had my husband not been home, I probably wouldn't have let them into my home. I was pushed multiple times to have a mold removal service done that I didn't believe that I needed. They removed the "mold" they could see in our return vent but didn't seem concerned enough that they put on respirator masks or anything like that. Funny thing is, we had just a month earlier had a home inspection done and the inspector wasn't concerned about this "mold". I trust him more than the two men from this company.

This company knows what "taking care of the customer" really means! They were pleasant, professional, thorough, and answered inquries in a timely fashion. Kept us informed of what was being done AND finished the project on time and on budget. They even a couple of "small jobs" we needed done -- for no charge. Totally appalled. He changed the prices quotes. He questioned me about other projects I have had done and their pricing saying he could have done them. I had tried to call him for those jobs which he hand never returned my calls during that time.

The main service was overall excellent; however I felt a bit coerced to get the sanitizing and mold treatment, which later I was told there was no mold and the sanitization chemical could have not cost anywhere near even half the $200 I was charged. The main person was very polite, worked hard and was a good salesman too as he insisted I get the chemical treatments right off the bat. I had no time to do research or try to get any input from other sources who might know more than I. The man who "helped was lazy and did very little except talk alot about irrelevant things.

"We have addressed the issue and contacted the employee and also the costomer, and we do the mold treatment as a preventative measure and that should have been what the tech should have said to the costomer. (We dont handle business in this mannor), so a full refund for the $200 was issued and we have talk to both employees, and this wont happen in the future. We appriciate all the feed back that we do get and are willing to take care of any issues that may accure and hope that in the future all our clients will feel like they have gotten the best care and treatment that is out there, when they choose us as their absolute clean professionals."

I believe the worker's name was Ryan, from Absolute Clean, arrived on time, with equipment and ready to set up and work. After an inspection of the "firebox" of the fireplace, he advised that I did not need it cleaned. No work other than the consult was done as the firebox was clean enough for safe operation". I had just installed a vent free gas log set and wanted to ensure its safe operation. I was assured that we were safe and the firebox was operational as is. I would definitely hire again! Refreshing honesty!
