This company is true blue. Their professionalism and politeness was amazing. Everything they said they would do they did. It was a wonderful experience. I recommend them without any reservation.

They came on time and did an effective job installing and explaining the equipment and service. The technician was professional and pleasant. I would recommend these guys. They sold me what I needed and didn't try to push goods that I didn't ask for or that made no sense (security wise). No complaints.

Will have to reply later as installation has not occurred yet. Customer Service was excellent. They were prompt and set the appt. up to accommodate my schedule. This was an emergency and they handled everything as quickly as possible. I am pleased thus far. I will report later once the system is installed.

On time, couteous, clean, fast services. William, our installer, was very skilled, patient, and ran with us the alarm system as a whole several times. He was very pleasant and extremely polite as well.

I utilized Absolute Security for the installation of security cameras. They get the job done, however not on time and they seem to have difficulty understanding the functions of their own equipment. It was like an extended troubleshooting session before they got everything to work correctly. Checks the prices of the equipment through other sources and you will conclude that they have a tendency to overcharge you for the equipment. Once you present them with your sources showing cheaper prices, they dispute your information before lowering their price for equipment. I think they mark up equipment excessively. 3 days for a 1 day job.

The technicians showed up on time, and were very professional. We learned that there was a problem with the quality of my home phone line (completely unrelated to Absolute Security, Inc.), but the technician was very diligent in making this call, replacing the security panel several times to be sure of the problem. Their install technicians are highly knowledgeable, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to have a security system installed.

The Homesafe staff is very professional and knowledgeable. They assessed my home and designed a custom security system--not a "one size fits all" solution like other providers. When it came time for the install, the installer was extremely through and patient, fully explaining the system's operations to me and my wife. The price isn't necessarily cheap but the work and product are excellent.

They were here when they said they were going to be and did what they said they were going to do.
