Installers frequently consulted with me to ensure finished product is what I wanted. Scope of job increase slightly and price negotiation was reasonable and fair.

AC Flooring did a very good job refinishing our wood floor. We did have to call them after they were done, and have them cover the nail holes with the correct color of putty to match the natural wood color, and then they had to re-apply the poly in those areas. As an extra job I had them refinsh the hand rail to match the new floor, and that was a mistake. They had to come back several times to fix the rail and it is still not complete. I also had trouble communicating (asking questions & getting answers) with the people that actually refinished the floor, they spoke another language and had a different boss. AC Flooring is the middle man between the consumer and the workers.

Timing is good .

This company uses groups of skilled day laborers as "subcontractors" to do jobs, so scheduling was a challenge for them since they did not start when they said they would. They also did not complete all the parts of the job on time because the teams did not have all the tile and subfloor and marble threshold they needed to complete the work. They also took 3 calls to take the rubble from the removed tile out of my driveway.

They were excellent and would recommend them to anyone.

I have contracted with AC Flooring to do the job of laying laminate flooring in my family room and master bedroom. They are scheduled to begin work the week of August 19. So far, I am very pleased with Roggie Arnold, who is attentive, courteous, and timely in meeting appointments. THey offer a wide variety of flooring and Roggie has been helpful in making my selection. I have rated the company on only a few elements, but will be in a better position to rate their performance after the job is completed.

The contractor did an excellent job of installing my tumbled marble kitchen backsplash. Although the job took much longer than I (and the contractor) had originally anticipated, I was happy that he took the time to get the job done correctly rather than rush through it to meet the estimated time even though the fee was a flat rate.

They sub'd out the job to another company. Overall, I'm satisfied with the quality of the job for the price. I can't give them a raving review though.

This company did a poor job of communicating. Additional follow-on work was supposed to be done and was not. Would not recommend for future work.
