they came when expected. he tried diligently to fix my machine. He tried very hard but i ended up having to get a new one. he reimbursed me for any replacement parts he used. would call on them again.

This company called me back very promptly, gave me a rough estimated and scheduled an appointment in an 1-1.5 hours. While the final cost was well below the estimate I probably would have expected to pay a bit less for the work that was actually done. In either case, two hours between request and a working dryer is what counts.
