The job was to remove a combination fridge, stove and sink and to cap off the connections. When they finally came and removed the connection, they were a little heavy handed -- they caused a pipe to break. Water was everywhere. They seemed to fix it, but that night my husband heard the fixed pipe leaking. We called them the next day and they fixed it. They were nice guys, but we will probably not use them again.

Kenny and Sal showed up on time as agreed. They explained everything to my satisfaction and completed the job as expected. They both were very willing to explain all aspects of the job; they were very courteous. I will definitely employ Accurate again, highly recommended.

Price wasn't bad, but they got sewage all over an area rug near where they were working and didn't say anything about it. I didn't see it until after the job was complete and paid. Don't know why they wouldn't have pulled it out of the way.

Ken Jr is a professional. He and his assistant did a very good job. They hooked up my gas line, and even tested my new grill to make sure it worked properly. I would recommend them, and definitely would use them again.

The company came out on a Sunday and gave a competitive quote and completed the job that day. Although they had to return to fix a minor leak, they did so promptly and without any problems. I would recommend this company and will use them again if needed. Ken Jr. Was a pleasure to work with.
