Since I was out of town when the service was needed they were quite patient. Worked with my schedule for when I could get somebody to the house to let them in. Did a fine job with the water removal and even provided further educational information about the clean up. Fabulous price compared to their competitors

I hired this company to service 2 of our stores. They scheduled cleaning date with stores but never showed to service the store. called them numerous times and never got a response back. Later store manager called , told me that the crew showed up and did a very poor job. the stayed for half an hour. now what kind of cleaning can you do that would take only a half hour?? They arrive to provide service when they were not scheduled to. they never answer my calls or emails i sent them. Then when i fired them, guess what?? then i get an email from them with nothing but negativity.

"We have worked for this company before and they never paid us for the work. This is a larger contracting company that will have retail stores to clean not homes. This IS NOT A HOME OWENER! This is a company that owes us money and will not pay. Then they asked us to do more work and after we cleaned another store they said we were only there a half hour. They have a login system and the service guy logged in late so the login said 30mins when actually we were there for 2 hours. Now they owe for multiple job and won't pay."
