I was extremely pleased with the service we received from Ace. We had called several other places that told us someone would get back with us to set up an appointment. Ace Heating told me right away that it would be several days before someone could come out. I appreciated the honesty. Fortunately for us there was a cancellation and the serviceman was able to come sooner. He was very professional and informative. We appreciated the timely service and will continue to use Ace Heating whenever possible.

The gentleman who came to give us an estimate was very timely, curteous and knowledgeable. He answered all our questions - we are in budgeting phase and will let you know when we are ready to proceed. Install: The model he recommended did not fit - we were specific about a unit & surround to fit inside our irregular rock fireplace. We were assured no problem since they had a sheet metal shop on site. We finally have our fireplace, but I wish Tim had been more realistic about what our expectations should be. Mike was very helpful about finally getting it in.

My heat furnace was working normal. It just need the service that required by King County Housing. After Ace did the service, the furnace keep (reset) shut off even the house not reach to set temperature. I think the Ace technician did some thing wrong. I am totally unsatified with the service.

I found Ace Heating to be very courteous and responsive to my questions. When I finally made my decision as to the system I wanted they provided the best bid. The system was installed as promised and when promised. The installers even informed me of a gas leak (not in any way related to their work). I thoroughly recommend them.

After calling THEM a few times to find out where he was for the 1:00 p.m. appointment, he managed to get to me by early evening (6:30pm?). Basically, the service consisted of his hand/small vacuum cleaning the furnace for 55 minutes, then doing two short gas tests (5 minutes max) and telling me everything is fine. No adjustments. Geesh, $150 for that?! The least he could have done was given me a new filter!

Filter parts were left in the garage by the furnace. I had no idea what to do with them. We had to call to find out. Return visit was cancelled three times each time on the day scheduled due to workload or customers with more important problems.

The technician was 2 hours late and didn't call to indicate he would be. We felt a call would have been appropriate given the lateness. However, the quality of work was good and the technician was efficient with his time spent on the job.

We had a wonderful experience with Ace! We chose Ace based on product quality, knowledge, years of experience and accessibility to answer our questions quickly and price. I was impressed with the installers and the professional & courteous way they handled some mis-communication between us and their office regarding additional products we purchased. I am happy there were a couple of glitches because it gave us a chance to test out their customer service. Ace does excel at making things right keeping the customer happy. Very Good doesn't do them justice. Overall, Tim & his team rated Excellent in our book and exceeded our expectations!

After cleaning my heating ducts, the repairman left my furnace disconnected and erroneously took some the parts with him. It was a very cold couple of days until I figured out how to reconnect my furnace.
