Mike came out to our house the same day. Leak was found quickly and repair went smooth. He even helped me with a minor toilet gasket repair at the end of the service call.

Gas Piping
Michael did an excellent job in installing our seismic valve, he was so helpful that when the water heater needed to be reset (because we didn't know how to) he drove all the way from Irvine,CA (from his last appointment)inspite of the "windy" weather just to do it for us. We would definitely hire him again for future services. He even showed up 10 minutes earlier for his appointment.

Water Main Install, Replace or Repair
Project was to replace the water main from the street-side water meter to the house, extend the pipe under the house (crawl space) and make connection at the rear of the house. Contractor was on the job when he said he would be. Finished project within his time and cost estimate. Work under the house was complicated but the contractor accomplished the job with minimum delays. I will use this contractor in the future whenever I need plumbing work.

Mike is a honest, and "do as he says" kind of guy, which is rare in this industry and in this area (Orange County). It was a painless process to have him do the plumbing work in my new home, and I would hire him again.

Mike was accomodating and matched his availability to my schedule. He arrived on time, handed me a business card, and introduced with a handshake. The professionalism was a good start. Found the problem, went to buy a necessary part, returned, repaired, cleaned up and left within one hour.

He did the job much faster than I expected, for a lower price than I expected, with much less mess than I expected. I'll recommend him to my friends.
