Doors (Exterior) Installation and Replacement

Aco was contacted for door replacement. An exterior door and glass slider door were damaged during a break-in. I spoke with the owner of Aco and made arrangements for him to replace the glass in the slider as well as replace the damaged exterior door as well as a second exterior door. I specifically stated that I wanted steel solid security doors with new door handles and dead bolts. I specifically indicated that I wanted dead bolts that locked on both sides. What I got were wood laminate doors using the existing hinges. These doors are not secure and are easily brooken into. I have contacted them about the doors. So far, no response.
