Carpet looked OK. He didn't go over payment options when "making the sale" on the phone. I wanted to use a business check since this is a Home/Office. He told me that my check was illegal because it had a PO Box listed on it. That account had over 20K in it. Instead I was forced to write him a check in an account that we should have closed years ago that had no money in it. I then had to deposit money in it since there was ZERO dollars in it. But according to him my over funded account was somehow illegal and he wanted to take the gamble that my personal check was somehow better. I'll need someone next year, and it won't be him.

"I gladly take business checks, However my policy is no different than that of any business. It must have a physical address and there must be proper ID to show you are a responsible officer of the company. They had neither. All my ratings are 4.5 - 5 except this one. They stand out alone as the anomaly not because I didn't do an impeccable job but because I didn't take their check. I am abundantly eager to do a matchless job for each customer, but the old adage is true "You can't please everyone". I wish this customer would have rated my cleaning not my check policy."

I love the fact that they are flexible with their scheduling. They did a spectacular job on my carpet (they were heavily stained from my 3 yr and 9 month old children) and gave me a great deal since the rooms in my apt are not so big.

I was contacted by Chuck from Action Extraction, Inc within 15 minutes after I had put the project out on the website. Chuck had time for me that day and gave me a price for cleaning the one room. Chuck was honest and very good at his craft. He was finished within 2 hours and helped me move some furniture back into the room.

I was quoted a price over the phone for a certain sized house area. There must have been a calculating error, but the price should have been more. Charles kept to the quoted price and did a wonderful and magnificent job on the carpets in the house. The carpets did not even look that good when my family had moved into that residence 5 years earlier. If ever come another time for any type of household cleaning, Action Extraction will be the first people I call. Charles was very professional and courteous with my wife and daughter. Defintely a call back for any other job.
