Action Homes Inspections

Robert arrived early, he beat us there ! He is amazingly thorough and knowledgeable. He took his time and didn't miss a thing. Our report was ready before we got home ! I would recommend Action Home Inspections to anyone in need. Thanks again Robert.

Robert Smith was very good. Very thorough, enjoyed him. He helped me and my wife very much and I appreciate it!

Rob did a thorough inspection of the condominium. Since this was a very old conodmnium he checked the Furnace & AC unit thoroughly and provided some valuable recommendations.

Robert of Action Home Inspections really took his time to do a thorough inspection on our prospective property. Not only would I recommend him, I would use him again in the future!

Very professional and friendly. Report was clear and detailed.

Robert Smith from Action Home Inspections inspected the house I am buying. He was very thorough, knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I would highly recommend him to others and would be my only contact for future inspection needs.

The inspection was very detailed and Robert was very willing to answer any questions I had in an effective manner.

Robert was extremely helpful, knowledgable and thorough. We are extremely happy with the work he performed for us on our dream home.

My parents and I hired Mr. Smith based on his previous ratings from this service. Mr. Smith went over every inch of my condo that I had put an offer in, and took time to show me the furnance. He was very good at explaining everything to me. My parents, whom I brought with me since they have had more experience with home buying and inspections than I, also were VERY impressed, and wished they had had Mr. Smith at THEIR inspections. I would highly recommend this gentleman to anyone. "A Job Well Done" is just an understatement of his professionalism and detail to his work.
