Overall a great experience, John was professional , and most importantly solved our pest problem efficiently and well within our budget.

I called John Marshall at Adept Pest after I was told by another company that I had a rat infestation and he came out and inspected my property and said there were no rats! He cleaned out my crawlspace and laid new vapor barrier at a savings of almost $2000 over the previous estimate. I can't praise John Marshall more highly. He was courteous, professional, honest, very knowledgable and an outstanding person to work with. I highly recommend him and have continued to use him for other work I've needed done.

He was prompt on coming to complete the job. He did a thourough job and cleaned up after himself.

The owner and exterminator for the company was very informative and thorough with helping me rid my house of rodents. He made many trips to my house to make sure that he had gotten all rats and thoroughly blocked off their access to my house. He also was upfront and honest when it came to the cost of this job.
