Just as expected (as a returning customer) AdvaClean out-preforms the others. They are always on time. They look at your carpet and estimate several ways of handling your needs with detailed explainations of each. They are the absolute best (and I have experienced quite a fewin the past) at restoring your carpets back to it's original state. They also have the most reasonable prices in the business. Let's support these folks...... it is so hard to find this quality of workmanship in the carpet cleaning industry.

I thought the carpet of my rental property was ruined, but I was amazed at how great it looked after AdvaClean's visit. The job took almost 4 hours and my technician did a very thorough job. I'll be using AdvaClean for all my carpet cleaning.

This company operates with extremely high standards. Not only did they do an excellent job, but they exceeded any of my expectations and experiences with other companies. They were truly interested that I was very satisfied with their work. It really doesn't get any better than this!!!

Excellent service and price

The tech could not come out, so the actual owner of the company kept the apointment. I wasnt home, but my roommate, who is actually in the customer service industry was, and she was impressed with not only the work done, but the professional and friendly manner of the person doing the work. I came home to a clean carpet, rugs and sofas. In making the appointment, Tammy was wonderful. Very thoughtful (as was the owner), I felt like I more than just another job! I WILL recommend them and use them again. Thanks!

They were fantastic from scheduling the appointment to the cleaning and then a follow-up to see if I was satisfied. I had a sofa and love seat in my basement cleaned along with the carpet in my home. I had zero expectations of being able to remove 10 years worth of stains from the furniture in the basement as I have three kids and a dog, but it looks and smells like new! Fred, the technician, worked nearly all day removing those stains! Then they did a fantastic job on the carpet too. The price that Tammy, the owner, quoted me on the phone was the price they charged, and they worked all day on my furniture and carpet. Great service!

Very professional, great service. I don't have to be embarassed to have friends over my house because of dirty carpets anymore. They did a fantastic job, my carpets look pracatically new. I would highly recommend them.

quick efficent and affordable

We initially hired AdvaClean for their price but were delighted with their quality. They took a lot of time to ensure that no areas were overlooked. They did stretching and cleaning and we were very pleased with the service provided. We would highly recommend AdvaClean and will re-use them in the future if we need carpet services.

Tammy responded to my request immediately and scheduled my appointment. However, their ruck broke down and they were not able to make the appointment. Tammy called another company and they were able to come out that same day. The company that cleaned my carpets did a fantastic job.

AdvaClean did a fabulous job and provided excellent customer service. I would recommend them to anyone who was interested in having their carpets stretched and cleaned. Kudos!

Very professional and knowledgeable company. My carpet looks brand new and they lived up to their promise that it would not take all day to dry! Tammy provided excellent customer service by calling me prior to the appointment and twice afterwards to ensure I was satisfied with their service. I definitely will use them again.

Fred, the master technician that came to assess my problem was very helpful and professional. He came out the night I originally called with the problem, talked about why it was happening and how to deal with it. (I had carpet cleaned by another company on a Monday and by Wednesday it smelled horrible in an area, due to overwetting) He returned after giving the carpet, pad and subfloor time to dry and took care of the issue. I have been telling everyone about AdvaClean and will only use them in the future as a result of Fred's knowledge and attention to this matter.
