They were friendly and informative. They cared about how they affected our home, from spots on the carpet to the baby's reaction to their presence. If we had the money, we would have signed their paperwork right then and there.

The cleaning was scheduled for 9/29/06 and someone was supposed to call to let us know what time. We never received a phone call and had to call them the night before.

They came on time, and were very nice, clean, and professional. Very good work, and I'm now working with them to get a hearth stove put in since I was so pleased with their work!

I had a level 2 chimney inspection completed for a great price! They were able to schedule the inspection quickly and were good about calling for moving the appt (only 30 minutes earlier than scheduled). Crew took pictures and wrote up a detailed report on what was wrong and gave an estimate on fixing it.

I was not pleased with the onsite guys who did the job. Lot's of complaining, cussing, and attitude!

They did a good job and were friendly and courteous while on site. But, they were 1.5 hours late & would've never shown up had I not called to see why they were late. The person who works the phone, possibly the owner, thought offering to reschedule for the next day was suitable, which I didn't. She worked something out to get 2 guys to the job that night but she clearly thought something was wrong with me that I couldn't be flexible and reschedule to the following day. Overall they did a good job and seemed knowledgeable. However, keeping appointments and being timely is essential and that is not the philosophy of Advanced Chimney Solutions.

I was very impressed by the whole friendly crew. The lead person (Curtis Thompson) was especially knowledgeable and took the time to discuss all my options with me. I felt comfortable enough to immediately decide to proceed with the extensive work needed because they were able, through photos and demonstration, to show me what was wrong, the dangers that it posed and how and why they would repair each element. I am very happy.

The young man was most courteous and helpful. I would glady recommend the service and this gentleman again.

We did not find out that they were not coming on the originally scheduled day until after the time they were supposed to be at our house. They also did not call the proper number to say they would not be coming. It was also hard to get a hold of them to reschedule. However once they showed up the work seemed to be of good quality. The prices the quoted were in line with other companies.

Performed well and completed job on-time. Seemed to over-estimate actual time required to do work. Costs a little high.

I called and made an appointment, and the vendor never showed. I called and left messages, but was not contacted. When I finally did get in tough with them, they apologized (but gave no reason for missing the appointment), and rescheduled. The person they sent was knowledgable and friendly, and did a great job. I would use them again in the future.
