The company I hired was ADVANTAGE CLEANING SERVICE. They did a wonderful job, according to my daughter, and even cleaned the wood blinds in her bathroom (above and beyond). I would definitely recommend them to anyone in your area, and if the bill for the first cleaning is not too high, I would like to have them come back on a regular basis for awhile. The home was so clean it even SMELLED fresh and fragrant when she first walked in! She was delighted with what they did. I can't say enough about their professionalism, quick response time and quality of their work!

I had a really good experience overall. I met with the owner Russ and found him to be very professional and a gentleman, really wonderful to work with. The project went well, also...The cleaning person arrived ahead of schedule and was considerate and polite and got the job done, my apartment looked good. Just 1 thing that bummed me out is that they did not clean/mop the kitchen floor adequately, but I will tell them this for next time and feel confident that the kitchen floor will be clean and look great like the rest of the apartment.

The gentleman that showed up had the wrong size hose but with some duct tape from me they were ready to rock and roll. I liked that they weren't ready to throw in the towel and let that stop them or delay them. They were both very friendly and did a great job!

The group was scheduled at 3pm and arrived at 6:30 and I had to wait at an emplty apartment the enitre time, calling the company hourly to find out what was going on. I was assured that the cabinets and drawers would be cleaned- none were and old crusted food from the previous tenants remained. Sticky dirty grease still remains on the stove top fan and cabinets. THey also didnt clean the walls as promised. I hired your company to save time but in the 3.5 hours I waited for your company I could have cleaned this apartment 10x better. This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a company.

Their price was a lot more affordable than I expected for the job. And they were fast and efficient as well! Two caveats - took the guy (Russ) a while to get back to (he was on vacation) - nevertheless the crew showed up roughly on time and were done on time, which was the most important part. Then there was part of the stain left in the middle of our stairs. They did not have a solution for that so we had to revert to our own cleaning detergent. All-in-all they removed quite a bit of the dirt that had accumulated from heavy use and we are very happy with their service. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

Despite the fact that my unit has all tilt in windows, they insisted on getting on a ladder and using a squeegie...it left streaks and did not look very good.

Advantage cleaned a vacant rental apt for me and washed the windows. They did a good job. I did have to point out a few places to clean up, but it was all taken care of immediately. Very courteous stuff. I would recommend their services.

The 2 ppl were very nice. They forgo to do our LR and DR ceilings, 2 chandeliers and our Fridge. But they went back and did it after I mentioned it. I also noticed that some of the windowsills were not cleaned out, but that was after they left, so we will have to do that ourselves. The kitchen floor could have been mopped. All in all, it was an okay job.

they were very accomodating and nice to deal with but they do appear unorganized. I recieved an invoice even before we had a cleaning day scheduled and I was waiting for them to commit to a certain day during the week - until I had to call them back again.
