Very responsive! Had insulation enhanced in my attic and an attic fan replaced. For each job, they were knowledgable, on time, and cost conscious. During my 2nd job, they had a sales person leave so the owner took over managing my job directly and made sure everything was done timely and correctly. I was impressed with his service commitment.

They were on time and very professional! Unfortunately one of the boards in my attic wasn't nailed down and one of them put his foot through my ceiling. He was very apologetic and came out the next day and repaired it. Immediately, we noticed a difference in the temperature.

They were prompt, and gave me an estimate on the spot. The estimator took the time to explain what and how he putt together the estimate. On installation day they arrived promptly on-time and performed the scheduled work. i am very pleased with the process, speed of response and quality of the workmanship.

The installer was very good,and walked me through as to what he was going to do,and did a fine job.The only hitch was he acted like he didnt read the contract as to I paid for and what was expected of him to do,so I had to remind him of it.But overall it was a great job done and he cleaned up after himself.So I'd recomend Advantech again .

Overall, a fast, efficient, and affordable solution. He installed "blanket" insulation around my ducting in the attic, blown insulation for the entire attic, and installed a roof-mounted attic fan. Worked efficiently, was polite, and cleaned up afterward. I recommend this business.

They made a big mess and I ask them to leave. They had to cut holes in the ceiling and used NO covering for the floor or furniture.Dust all through the house.I paid in advance ( mistake) and have not recieved credit yet for the unfinished work.I am being nice by giving 1 star.Bob Lucas

They were prompt, throughly explained the process, and gave me no-pressure options. The day of the installation the supervisor returned to make sure we didn't have any questions or issues. The team was in and out and cleaned everything up when they finished. Highly recommend this group.

Eric Hoffman from Advantech came out the next day after contacting me and bid the job. They were reasonably priced compared to two other bids, and I signed with them. Overall, I was very satisfied with the work. Eric built a 300 sq ft lower deck platform off the 1st floor in the back of my townhouse. I was impressed especially with the cut work around existing posts that support the upper deck, and also the trim around the perimeter of the deck that added a nice finished look. I have already referred Advantech through Service Magic to a co-worker and will look to Service Magic for future projects. Thank you, Grant Lehman

Work was done for quoted amount and within the estimated time frame. Team was prompt. Team did not fully understand the work to be done upon arrival, and looked to me to tell them what the work was, which I would have expected would be done from within the organization. Work was completed as expected. Cleanliness could have been better, as I needed to clean up after the team upon completion of the work. The team was very friendly and easy to work with.

i just had them come out for a free estimate, but they were able to come the next day. the guy was a little late - he was supposed to come between 7:30 and 8 and came about 8:30, but it all worked out. he gave me lots on information, was very kind and offered a few different discounts and ways i can improve the price. he had me come up in the attic and look with him. answered all of my questions. was honest and helpful and realistic. Consultant, Brian, very professional, took his time, answered all questions. Price was 1/2 of what a national known company wanted but materials used was the same. All appointments related to project were on time. There were some minor installation issues which required further contact with company after installation was completed. However, those issues were satisfactorily and quickly resolved.

These guys are very good. They were patient with me and did a good job.
