QUICK RESPONSE!!! I wasn't off the website and he had already called me. He came out in the snow to help. Mr. Jones only charged me for a service call and gave me accurate information. The best experience I've ever had with contractor. The best money I've spent in a while.

They not only didn't fix my problem, they left in more disrepair than when they first found it. Horrible experience.
