We specialize in repairing A/C and Heating Systems for owner occupied residential homes. We guarantee our repairs for 1 year, parts and labor. If the hardware part fails during the warranty period, we will replace it at no cost to you. For us to come out and check your unit, there is a $60.00 service fee, However, there is no service fee charge when you authorize us to have repairs done at the time of service.

After the leak was repaired (took a good 6 hours), I received a call a few days later to confirm everything was cooling properly. About a week or so later, they set up an appointment and checked things visually and with instrumentation. Although fairly expensive repair, it gives one confidence that the job was done right.

Dave called minutes after I went on homeadvisor. Dave had some previous engagement he had forgotten about but immediately called and rescheduled. He fixed the problem that same day and explained step by step exactly what he was doing...the price was also quite reasonable. I would highly recommend him...I found my new A/C tech.
