Affordable Appraisals, Inc. is a full service real estate appraisal and consulting firm, located in Sarasota, Florida We currently provide service in Charlotte, Manatee and Sarasota Counties. Our coverage area is always expanding, so please check back often. (Other areas available by request.) Average turnaround time for residential property is within three business days after the inspection. Average turn time for commercial property is one to two weeks, depending on complexity of the assignment. Since 1986, Thomas Mullins the company founder has been engaged as a real estate appraiser, analyst, and consultant to various banks and other lending institutions, local government municipalities, religious organizations, utility companies, developers, and private individuals. Also, Mr. Mullins, has qualified as an expert witness and testified as such in NY State Supreme Court, the Twelfth Judicial Circuit Court of Florida and the Twentieth Judicial Circuit Court of Florida.
