i am still picking up nails and trash out of my garden.

All work was completed on time and finished in a workman like fashion, all litter was cleaned up and disposed of.

Very professional and very courteous. Mike N. took the time to come out and meet with me and discuss everything that was going to be done. He was a pleasure to work with. AB kept me apprised of the status of the job, and worked diligently to get the job done.

Price was good, performance was fast. Craftsmenship was mediocre.

They came and did the job, cleaned up more than I expected and really made sure I was satisfied with the roof and gutters. I had several companies give estimates, Mike and Matt from Affordable Building were not only the best price wise, but they addressed each one of my questions and concerns respectfully and professionally. I have received several compliments from neighbors and recommend them to anyone that asks.

Very nice and cleaned up. Work was done in November and was done timely. However, still waiting for them to finish up one small thing.

This company was up front with the pricing package offered with no negotiating. This drew my attention since other companies will come down thousands of dollars with a little bargaining. We happened to get the very best windows and doors that they offered. We were extremely impressed with the quality of installation. The job did take some extra time because we had 2 of the best installers who believed in taking time. Again, this was great because I believe haste makes waste. 30-plus windows, 2 sets of patio doors, and a back door made this a larger project. Making sure you plan extra time with any project is my advice. Thank you Affordable!

Did not fulfill purpose I contracted this company. Solution for porch drainage problem did not meet building code as they stated. I am now faced with remedying the violation in the winter due to complaint. Attic fan arrived mutilated, installed anyway after cutting and hacking bent parts. I needed to make additional modifications to keep fan from hitting bent metal. Gutters bent by ladder. Cleanup poor. Dumpster placement and removal poor. Considering BBB Complaint. Roof does appear satisfactory, however.

Project more than met my expectations! They did a wonderful job, crew was wonderful! The products are the best on the market. A real quality job all the way.

Overall I am pleased with the quality of the roof and how hard the crew worked to try to meet the quoted completion time. The property was cleaned after the roof was installed and I had very little debris to pick up after the contractor had left. We did have one area of ridge line venting that was not finished properly and it took a few phone calls to get it done, but, there were no arguments over it, just some prodding.

They did an adequate job on the roof eventually, but I had to call them out twice to fix some sloppy work (took multiple calls). I also question the honesty and integrity of the company. After the project, the owner explained this great referal kick-back program. I referred a neighbor to Affordable Building Co. and they never followed through with their promises of giving a kickback. I called and emailed the owner repeatedly and was given excuses such as, "Our intern quit and we thought she took care of it." and "I'll personally drop the check off at your house.", but most of the time, they just simply ignored my calls. I would definately not recommend this company. Go with another option and save yourself the hastle.

I was pleased with the information I was given prior to committing to the work, and the workmanship and overall quality of the job was very satisfactory. My roof looks really nice now. The team accomplished the job in one day. I would call upon the company for additional service if I were planning anything else.

And informational sales call with a window demonstration and education given. No pressure. When I contracted I was given information about the timeframe which was completely accurate. The installation people were extremely courteous and helpful and took their time - didn't rush to leave on a very very hot Saturday. Thanks so much. Only wish I could afford to have more new windows installed.

They were busy, but when they came, they did the job they had agreed to, and it looks beautiful. But better than that, my gutters now work. The last two rainstorm I had the joy of watching a downpour through wide-open windows, with no rain coming into my house. Now that the underside of the eaves will stay dry, I won't be worried about wood rotting.
