We hired JNJ to do our interior doors...they also did our basement in the past. Bruce was AMAZING as always as he custom plans the project to your needs and he sends your quote back quickly. We feel that his estimates are always fair market value...unlike some of the price gouging you see from other contractors. His carpeter Flavio is probably the friendliest and most respectful subs we ever encountered. He spends his time to do excellent quality work...but still productive enough to complete the job on time. Both of them are true family men...Flavio loves to talk about his 2 young kids and Bruce picks his granddaughter up from school every Wed. It speaks volumes to us that they both greeted our kids with a friendly spirit...which is not common among most cotractors/subcontractors. We highly recommend JNJ and would encourage you to reach out to Bruce if you are planning a renovation project in your home.

Bruce’s team came out and did some follow up work I needed done with stairs and flooring. I had a flood in the basement which required some redoing of my bathroom floor and his guy gave me a great price and as always did a great a job. Can not recommend enough for him and his team

Bruce and his team (Gaylin, Adam, Pedro and Flavio) were great! They were receptive and made our vision come to life. Gaylin even presented his own ideas on lighting which we loved and hadn’t thought of before. Bruce came in with the best quote and overall we are happy with the remodel. The bones are great. Drywall is perfect. Tile work is beautiful. We wish the final finishes (doors, baseboards, door frames, and stair trim) were given a little more attention to detail to match the quality of the rest of the work. At the end of the day, we would recommend Bruce and his team if you’re looking for a budget friendly remodel.

I’ve now worked with JNJ Equities three different times, and every project has reinforced why I keep coming back. Bruce and his team finished the loft in my previous home, and that upgrade ended up being a major selling point when we moved. So when it came time to remodel and finish the basement in our new place, calling JNJ again was an easy decision. This remodel included new basement windows (installers were awesome) and a full finish, and the quality is exactly what I’ve come to expect from Bruce and his team….clean work, great communication, and a crew that treats your home with respect. The windows alone make a huge difference. I trust JNJ because they’ve earned it, and I’d recommend them without hesitation.

This was a big project, so hiring a contractor was the way to go. The contractor was available to answer questions and met with us several times before and during the project. The project required the coordination of plumbers, electricians, carpenters, etc. They were skilled, polite, friendly, knowledgeable and respectful of our property. We had very specific ideas and plans which probably took more than the usual install, but overall, I am pleased with how the basement remodel turned out. I will continue to work with this Pro.

We hired JNJ equities, LLC for our basement remodel and were very impressed with the entire process. Bruce and his team were professional and attentive from the estimate to the completion. Although there was a delay in completing the job, the carpenters, Flavio and Plumber Adam, were friendly and kept us informed weekly, addressing any concerns with efficiency. While there were a few minor challenges during the demo, JNJ equities was quick to resolve them, and the final result met our expectations. Our new basement is customized perfectly to our needs, and we would not hesitate to recommend them to friends and family.
