Mark Jenkins, President of AGeek@TheWheel.us Experienced with hardware electronics, and phone systems since the early 70's, now specializes in computer services and training for commercial and residential clients, and to include limited cabling for commercial and residential locations. Providing technical expertise and training in handling many computer related issues. With many years of diverse technical experience in most all aspects and phases of personal computing. Assisting wit many aspects of Internet, E-mail, Multi-Media, Desk Top Publishing, Networking, Scanners, Cameras, Printers, all types of peripherals, Software installation and troubleshooting, and expert computer system operational diagnostics. Services even include limited network support, and service. I install Cat-3,5 and cat 6 cabling, RG-6 cabling, telephone wiring, with complete setups for commercial and residential needs.

He was conscientious and thorough. What he expected to be a one hour job turned into almost 7 hours but he stayed and made sure when he left everything in my house was working. He basically had to re-wire all my data and phone lines from previous work done by others. You can ask to see before and after photos as a testament to the work he had to do. It was a pleasure to do business with him

Tech did not actually work on site due to an injury during the snow storm. He did, however, keep us informed and updated. Further, he called as soon as he was released from the doctor to check on our site status.

Very knowledgeable with in-home networks. Cleaned up a patch pannel you could even get one hand into. Very professional, on time, carries equipment in the vehicle so that if anything is needed it is on-hand.

Mark was a quick responder on my 1st contact. Polite, professional and true to his word. He was punctual and prepared on arrival at my house. An obvious "people person" being gregarious and considerate of another's home. He was quick to work and solve the problem with an old phone jack I needed replaced. I made a comment about a lamp problem I had. He volunteered how to fix the problem which I did successfully. His fee was fair and I would definitely recommend him to anyone else. Lastly, my skeptical, protective dog accepted him readily. Thanks Mark for being the kind of person you are.

This contractor was Very good at communicating. His dedication to getting the job done 'cuz we had a few twists and turns during the course of the project he stuck with it and even came back one time to correct some things that frankly he couldnt have forseen... but he stuck with it til the job was done and quality work is so much appriciated.

Mark was very professional and thorough. The job of moving our server involved a lot of cables and hardware. When Mark was finished, the massive bundle of cables looked like he had combed them with a fine-tooth comb, because they were so neatly bundled. He checked every connection prior to installation back in the server rack. When it came time to bring the system back on line (always an interesting moment when dealing with a server) the system came back up flawlessly and checked out completely healthy. I would recommend AGeek@The Wheel to anyone with computer or networking needs.

I am a knowledgeable tech user, and had some difficult networking and software interface issues. Mr. Jenkins was outstanding with every aspect of his service. He responded quickly, knew what he was doing, and went above and beyond even good tech service I had received earlier. I learned that he will not tackle issues that he is not comfortable with, and stands behind any work he does. He is a real find for my business.

Mark responded quickly, showed up on time for the appointment, and completed the work quickly. He did an excellent job, and was very careful about not creating a mess. He is also very personable and professional. I will be using him again in the near future, and I strongly recommend him to anybody who needs ethernet wiring throughout the house.
