They charged me for materials not used, and didn't label the circuits in the new panel as I had done in my old panel. Frankly, I think the little things count. Now, I need to shut off a circuit, but I have NO idea which one it is. Oh, and if you ask them to recalculate their bill to reflect actual materials used, you'll be threatened with being turned over to an attorney for collections. The three employees that came out to my house were great. The office and billing need some work, though.
