Lyle was our sales person and was very willing to meet with us after hours, considering that we both work. He provided a written bid and showed up when he was supposed to. The installers arrived as promised and did the work in a speedy and thorough manner. I would not hesitate to suggest them to any of our friends.

Analyzed the problem, (didn't try to sell me a lot of extraneous/unneeded equipment), and fixed it! Explained what he was doing, so I learned a lot about the problem so we can prevent it in the future. He explained some safety features on the product that I was unaware of, and that took away a lot of the stress involved with the problem. I will use than again!

I had to wait 2 1/2 hours in the cold car and house until I called them again to inquire where the repair man was. After my call the repair turn up right away. All in all I am very pleased with the work, cleanliness, courteousness of the tech.

The installer was very knowledgeable and obviously new his business well...........The install went off without a hitch. The air conditioning is working well. We still have your yard sign. How do we go about returning it? Thank you, Bob 509-468-2572
