Joe was GREAT! He took the time to educate us about our specific air conditioning unit and fully explained our options. The previous repair man that came out from another company tried to immediately talk us out of repairs and sell us on a complete new system. Joe quoted us HALF the price for the repairs and assured us we are likely to get a number of years yet out of our existing system. He was prompt and efficient - also his office contacted us within 5-10 minutes of my inquiry! Highly recommended.

Very professional. Paid what I was quoted. Finished the job in eight hours!.Owner and three other employees came at around 8:30 am and were completely finished by 4:30 pm. Cleaned up everything nicely when they were done. Thought it would take two days to do, so was pleasantly surprised when it was done in one. Mr Watkins and his crew were very pleasant to deal with and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing work done. We had a completer retrofit done on our home. New trane unit on patio, new coil,hew heater, all new ducts in the attic, which have a lifetime warranty, and ten years on the unit and labor. Most only had 5. Five stars!

The service person diganose the wrong issue with the unit. We contacted another company and the job was done right. But that does not right the wrong of the prior service call which out of pocket cost $79.00 just to give us the WRONG DIGANOSIS!

He was at our house within 2 hours, didn't do any excessive work or try to oversell, and gave us a thorough explanation of what was going on with our air-conditioning unit. We would definitely call Joe for any future work.

Personnel were prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. They finished the job quickly in a professional manner. Only negative would be the cost seemed a bit high for the amount of work performed.
