The Air Services Associates were professional, polite, and made us feel like they wanted to go above and beyond the needed duties requested. One of them even came out the next day, a Saturday, to make sure everything was working fine, they ran a gas line, and did we have any questions. I would highly recommend them.

Fast and neat installation of water heater

The estimator was very professional and answered all our questions regarding humidifier performance, maintenance, and relocation efficiency compared to the unit we replaced. The installers were efficient but had some wiring difficulty due to our rather exotic furnace configurations ( We have primary wood furnace with propane backup). A wiring technician had to be resent out and rewire the humidifier fan to work with the furnace blower. Again he was very professional and had the problem fixed within a half hour. Seems to be a very reliable company.

Job went smoothly

Two installers were on the job with all the equipment they needed to finish the job loaded into the truck. When they needed to make a connecter between the furnace and the return duct, they had the equipment and materials to do it. The crew was polite and efficient, even though I asked a million questions. Needed to replace the floor under the old unit, they did it. Now enjoying the results of their work. Well done to the whole crew, including the salesman who saw our old equipment and knew what would be required when the job began.

Raymond was very professional ready to do whatever it took to make this a good experience for us. He was ready to wear his shoe covers to help keep our house clean and tried hard to make sure there was no extraneous mess that we would have to clean up. He was helpful in answering our questions and offered you Maintenace Package before leaving. He was also very quick to return when a pipe he worked on started to leak, fixing quickly and waited to check that it didn't happen again.

Air Services gave a prompt and accurate quote in writing. Their references checked out. They showed up on time and completed the job as advertised and exactly according to the quote. They did not put in the thermostat we wanted but did promptly replace the installed one when requested by us. We are very satisfied with their services and the process. We were not interested in working with Sears due to previous bad experience in air conditioning installation in a different home and Air Comfort seemed too small and in a different town than ours.

They financed our furnace. (Whew). They came in and took most of the day to remove the old 35 year old furnace and replace it with our new one. The guys were professional and considerate. They had drop cloths spread around to keep our carpets clean; did most of the work outside on their truck and had our heater going by 7 PM that evening.

Excellent response to our initial inquiry. The assigned plumber was on time and provided very good service. The charged price for installing the garbage disposal, however, was high.
