They repaired our AC within 12 hours of the phone call, arrived on time, did the work promptly (1/2 hour), and made a few energy saving tips. We were very pleased. Price seemed a bit high; however, since temps had been over 100 for several days in a row, I'm sure their workload was heavy, and after 3 days without air (AC went out the night before a holiday) we probably would have been willing to pay triple just to get some cold air again.

They sent a service tech who was very inexperienced and unprepared. Didn't fix anything but charged me $87.00 for nothing. Came out a second time, still couldn't fix my furnace but didn't charge a sevice charge this time. Next day I called a different company and had my furnace repaired by a professional.

The experience I had with Randy and Greg was very good. I had a new heat pump & AC installed and although there were some minor problems with the furnace(no fault of Air Summit) it was quickley and professionally handled. I can honestly recommend them to anyone with out reservation. Not only are their prices the best that I found but they did a few minor repairs to the duct work at no additional charge. I am now able to keep the house at a higher temp at a lower cost.

They showed up for our consulting appointment the very next morning and said they would be out that afternoon to make the repairs. But as they were really busy with it being the middle of summer, they had to postpone the repair until the following morning. They did get everything completed the following afternoon. However I had to call to follow-up on the (missed) appointments. Otherwise, the work was good and the price was reasonable.

Wow, this was my first experience in needing service for my air conditioner unit and this was a great experience. The technician was here within 20-30 minutes of my request and was here for a total of 45-60 minutes and had everything up and running. I felt that fixing the problem wasn't his only concern but also customer service. I am very pleased with the service and it was very affordable unlike some other companies that I talked with.

We had a company that we had a service contract with for a couple of years. We had items come up on our air conditioner several times. The last time we dealt with them they said our air conditioner needed to be replaced. So I was calling around to different companies to get quotes for a new air conditioner. I got a hold of Randy and he was able to come out the same day. He poked around our air conditioner for a while and finalized that it was our thermostat that needed replaced and not the entire air conditioner. The thermostat was $84.00 vs. the thousands we would have spent on the new air conditioner. Excellent Job!!!
