Did not arrive at appointment time. Had to call to find out why they didn't show. Technician showed up 3.5 hours late. Charged way to much for simple service.

Response was immediate after filling out request. Had tech out within 2 hours. Tech inadvertantly overcharged my son who was at the house for the repair and company called back to say they were sorry and were sending check back and it was actually $70 not the $140 the tech had thought. I will definitely be using them again and have been telling everyone what an amazing experience was with both your site and this company. They tried to diagnose over phone for a simple issue. Arrived as promised w/i the hour I called. Installer fixed my problem and also rewired the air handler that had been installed incorrectly by another company. Very happy with the service.

Air techs were able to come see the problem the same day and do their work with a tennant occupying the property. They diagnosed teh problem and were able to provide a cost effective fix. They also noted areas where the system could be improved which will extend the life of the units to defer the need for replacement. Both the management and the technitan were very polite and took the time to explain the full extents of the problems and solutions.

It took about a week before they found out what was wrong. Everything seems to be working well.
