Air Unlimited Heating and Cooling

I called them because of the positive reviews on this site. When they came out I found out that my furnace had completely rusted inside and was emitting dangerous levels of CO2. They disconnected it and came back the next morning to replace it with a new one. I'm really glad I went with them. It was surprisingly inexpensive and they were very pleasant to work with.

Had a problem with the furnace cycling on and off frequently, but never warming. Sal came out the same day, a Sunday no less, and was able to diagnose it quickly. The part took a little while to come in, but once it was here he got it going quickly. He also corrected a drain issue to our furnace which was causing us major headaches during the winter due to the water freezing. He was able to reroute the plumbing down to the basement and install a pump so the furnace could properly have a place to drain the condensate. Sal was very courteous, informative, and easy to work with. He is easy to get a hold of and promptly returns phone calls.

Sal came out and quickly repaired the problem with the heater and explained what the likely culprit with the failure was. The generic part was a little pricey but worth getting a warm house back on a cold winter day.

Air Unlimited was readily available and came promptly. Found small coolant line leak outside and fixed it. That was not the main problem. After much assessment and diagnosis, they told me it was a bad valve at the compressor and recommended I call a dealer for the brand because it should be warranty. I called the installing company. A couple questions and they pinpointed the real problem as the inside valve in the coolant line. They sent a repairman that replaced the valve in a few minutes, checked everything, and was fine. It cools our house perfectly. In this case, experts on my brand were much more successful.

Very pleased with Air Unlimited LLC, The technician was very professional and thurough rate was very reasonable responded the same day. Repaired quikly am having him out in the spring to check AC.

Frilenldy, helpful, on time, and told me that the unit should be repaired rather than replaced (as I had thought) saving me a couple hundred dollars. It doesn't get any better than that !

Nice guy. Got here quickly, and diagnosed the problem right away. Replaced the ignitor in my furnace; the price was fair, and the whole thing took less than an hour. I'm keeping his card so I can call him in the spring to service my AC before I kick it on.

Humidifier was installed as promised and is working quite well. I plan to have Air Unlimited take care of my future HVAC maintenance.
