It is a family owned business, and that is how you are treated. We got to know the owner well. He had a surgery during the installation. He has very capable people working for him, so the installation was done very quickly with all the permits and air testing. George, the owner checked on everything. As we were talking to other people, they knew the family, which lives a couple blocks from them. We did recommend him to some other friends who have rentals, and needed ducting and air conditioning. They did give him their business. My conditioning works well.

I thought the installation service was terriffic! You were the only company that came out and took measurements and survey the home inside and out to make sure that the central system was the correct size. Everyone was polite and explained the system to which I could understand. The only problem I had was the thermastat. I think your company should spend more time going through the whole program with us. Ed LeLouis set it up and explained to us. Also a follow-up would have been great to see if everything was ok.
