Our home needed a larger cold air return, which after they enlarged it, was discovered to still not be quite enough. They added another cold air return duct to help furnace function properly without overheating without charging additional fees. They only charged the original estimated amount even though they had to make two trips and use extra supplies to get the job done. Joe and Jared were very pleasant and professional and did a good job at cleaning up!
